Hi Ramon,

I have often said our networks define who we are. These day potential employers want to know the caliber of your networks and usually that could be a factor in whether you get the job or not.

What is also more important to note is that having a wide network of contacts is one thing but engaging with your networks "positively" is another issue. Never “burn your bridges” as people are likely to think of you first before working with a stranger. Networks are crucial. We are "who" we know, and not necessarily "what" we know.

Cheers!
