Sometimes people don’t really want help

A read of this blogged emailed me back in February 2011 about wanting help. He felt lost and didn't know what to do with the rest of his life. After replying to his request I've not heard from him since. It's become very clear to me that many people asking for help want validation or sympathy rather than taking responsibility for their situation. Taking responsibility is being active step in making a change in your situation. Here is his original email requesting help. JACK TRUE ON TIME AND SPACE – AN INTERVIEW

Another excellent interview between journalist Jon Rappoport and hypnotherapist Jack True: In this conversation, from 1990, hypnotherapist Jack True discusses the space-time continuum. Q (Rappoport): How does hypnotic trance relate to space-time? A(Jack True): That's a question I've looked into for years. First of all, all trances are not equal. POWER–AN INTERVIEW WITH JACK TRUE

From the Jon Rapport Newsletter... This interview took place in the fall of 1988. As you can tell, if you've been reading the prior interviews, Jack and I tended to jump from one theme to another. Q (Rappoport): In all our conversations, we always seem to come around to the subject of imagination. A (Jack True): Well, you convinced me, finally, it was of the greatest importance. I was always working with it, but I needed to think more about the wider implications. Q: Read More →

She has been on the local news and some photographs have already surfaced of Paris playing with school children from the Jakaranda Kinderhuis school in Pretoria. Visiting Tanzania for the first time to attend TEDGlobal

Arusha Tanzania TEDGlobalThis week I'm in Arusha, Tanzania attending the TEDGlobal conference. Travelling is one of those experiences which truly enriches your life. When you travel outside of your country you are stretching your own comfort zone. Back in 2000 I spent 6 months working and living in United Arab Emirates. That was a big culture shock for me coming from South Africa, a very westernised country in many respects. The Arab world is conservative to say the least. The great thing about the UAE is the large Read More →
