Ramon Thomas coached Tatum for a period of 3 months during 2008 while she was preparing for her 2nd Miss South Africa beauty pageant. We worked primarily on increasing her confidence, removing negative beliefs, increasing her vision and creating a clear identity from which the source of her natural charisma emerges.

The basic premise of Mastermind coaching is the formation of a mutually beneficial bond between the coach and the client. This is an ongoing monthly business coaching and brainstorming session which lasts for 2 hours. The focus is discussing concepts and strategies, which position you as an expert in your industry. This naturally results in attracting better clients, adds more value to them, allows you to charge higher fees and work less. The gestalt created in this group coaching session allow you to tap into other resources, expertise and contacts in a deep and focussed manner.
