You seem to be more one the psycho analytical side of technology. In this respect please comment on the psychosis that went into granting a very important tech. project – requiring serious thought in terms of scalability and architectural decisions – to an un accomplished co. with out a track record like Tasima?

Looking at their portfolio of Clients, they list, Provincial Govt. of this, Municipality of that, etc… Which all boils down to their one and only Client – which they have defragmented on their website – which is the government.

    Any thoughts?
