The 2010 Soccer Worldcup is upon us in South Africa. My mood changes from mild excitement to complete ecstasy day by day as we draw closer. This is surely one of the biggest mass events ever to be hosted on the African continent and I cannot be more proud to be a South Africa during this period. From the Dalai Lama to African ICT Achievers

This past weekend I had the honour of attending a lecture by His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama from Tibet. The spiritual leader of Buddhism and symbol for peace. This is his 3rd visit to South Africa. The lecture took place at Vista University in Soweto. The main message I took from this lecture was to meditate on compassion.
