From Judy Botes @ Missing Children SA

missing children saFor the December holidays 22 children were reported missing to Missing Children SA. Fortunately – together with SAPS – 19 of these children have been recovered. Since official statistics were started in 1994 OVER 900 OF THE CHILDREN REPORTED MISSING IN SOUTH AFRICA, HAVE NOT BEEN RECOVERED. Experts believe that this number will increase this year, especially with the upcoming 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup.

Unfortunately the reality is that the recession is taking its toll, not only on corporates, but on charities, like us, as well.

YOU CAN HELP!

Your donation – no matter how small – will assist us in continuing our efforts to find missing children. HELP US BRING OUR MISSING CHILDREN BACK HOME!

  2. What is the money used for exactly? Do they have investigators to pay or how does it work?

What did they do other than what the police did and getting paid to do?

If we know what the money is used for its easier to see if we should give. I am just tired of all the charities who ask money and at the end its just to pay huge salaries for office staff and they dont realy do anything

  4. How is donating money making a difference in helping to stop children from vanishing without a trace and to find lost children?
